KARJO & Car Wash Center PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on N/A between Karjo, a car washing slot booking app, and Car Wash Center (N/A, N/A) , located at N/A.

1. Services & Operations
- The Washing Center agrees to provide car washing services via the Karjo platform.
- All bookings must be made through Karjo. Self-booking by centers is prohibited.
- The Washing Center must be open and available during all working days, including festive seasons.
- Services must begin at the customer’s scheduled time; delays are not acceptable.

2. Commission & Payment
- Karjo will charge a commission of [percentage/fixed fee] per booking.
- Payments are processed via Karjo’s gateway and remitted after deducting commission.
- Commissions must be settled within 7 days of booking completion.

3. Cancellations (Karjo’s Policy)
- Washing Centers must notify Karjo and the customer immediately in case of cancellation, with valid reason.
- Last-minute cancellations (within [X] hours) may result in penalties or suspension.
- Customer refunds will be handled by Karjo, with costs borne by the Washing Center.
- No cancellations are allowed during festive/peak days except under force majeure.

4. Responsibilities
- Washing Center is responsible for service quality, staffing, and vehicle safety.
- Karjo handles app maintenance, customer support, and promotions.
- Customer data must be used only for service purposes and kept confidential.

5. Term & Termination
- Agreement valid from [Start Date] until terminated by either party with [Notice Period] notice.

6. Legal
- Disputes resolved via arbitration. Jurisdiction: Sibsagar, Assam.
- Governed by the laws of India.
